For easter this year I worked on a project with second- generation chocolatiers, Jeremy and Philippa Kennedy-Wilson, who teamed up with Melbourne designer, Rich Harley to create Melbourne Cocoa, a premium chocolate range made from scratch right here in Australia.

The range of treats includes Salted Caramel Coated Almonds, Double-Coated Chocolate Honeycomb, Dark Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans and a Milk Berry Bliss Block.

The Inclusions range features a Milk Caramel Crunch Block and Berry White Chocolate, while its selection of chocolate blocks includes Mint Crisp, Mocha Chocolate and 87% Dark Chocolate.
